Hello, and welcome to Racing Around the Globe™, a lifestyle blog with an eye for family fun and reflection in all areas of life!
My name is Tina and I am a Florida girl with a Jamaican upbringing, a wife to a great man, and boy mom. I enjoy learning new things and sharing such knowledge with others. I never thought I would be so enthusiastic about traveling with my (now) 6 years old son, but ever since I watched his amazement from 8 months of age at airplanes and take off from a window seat on a plane, it has further opened mine eyes to the beauty of life and the world God has created around us.
I am a nurse practitioner by trade, a PhD grad during the pandemic (yikes! I know), and a first time mom but decided to create this blog to share knowledge and experiences with others as we travel around the world (my husband of 9 years) with our now NASCAR Youth series (and future NASCAR cup series 😊) race car driver (who loves cars!) son.
